Firstly, shout out to the readers of the BLUGH. A few people reached out after last week’s BLUGH to express their concern for me and my anxiety and offer suggestions. 2 takeaways from that experience:

Speaking of cries for help, I got bangs the other day. Was just feeling like I needed them so went to my local bangs store and got some! Can you believe? I think I like them. Reactions have been positive and I like the way my face looks when I am staring at myself in the mirror, rerunning and acting out conversations with the dialogue I WISH I had said.
